There is a private room that is bookable for foreign visitors and people from out of town. Parking in the area is free and usually not a problem daytime. Trains run from central London to Sutton station from Victoria about every 20 mins..from KingsX & St Pancras every 30mins. It is a short walk (10mins) to the house.
